Is Money Your Drug?

Does your love of money dictate how you treat family and friends? In your pursuit of obtaining or keeping cash for yourself do you neglect (or even worse, cheat, manipulate, or deceive) the people which you claim to love?

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

( Matthew 6:24 )

The following passage really wraps it up:

“Give the people these instructions, so that no one may be open to blame. Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”‭‭

( 1 Timothy‬ ‭5:7-8‬ )

The altar is open for you to begin your deep-hearted change from loving money to loving God, and loving what is important to Him.
